WHAT HAPPENED THIS WEEK?
This week we welcomed Bellarmine University Athletic Training Masters Program to Might Oak Academy. This is a continuation of a partnership we started last year where Bellarmine came to teach P.E. Bellarmine will be here every Wednesday throughout the semester teaching physical fitness and health components in our P.E. classes. We also continued our social emotional learning focusing on noticing, unity and encouragement.
MIDDLE SCHOOL FIELD TRIP
Our Middle Schoolers got to take a trip this week out to The Sporting Club at The Farm in New Albany Indiana. They were able to tour the property and get a demonstration and lesson in archery. They then had lunch next to the lake at the farm before coming back to school. They loved learning archery and really excelled in the skill very quickly. We're excited to be starting our own archery team here at Mighty Oak Academy!

We are super excited to unveil the revamped menu at Porkland! All your old favorites are still there and we've added some amazing new tacos! Based on some of our favorite classics, these tacos take a new spin on bbq and tacos! Today is Friday so we're open for lunch and dinner today! Be sure to stop by and try out something new!
